Hi there Joe,
Yes, you should be able to. Even though it might not be strictly legit you can buy most things over the counter if you know the brand name.

You need to go to the small local pharmacies. The Watsons, Boots and other mall-type places wont help you. I can’t think of a specific place to recommend but any you might see along Beach Road, Soi Bang-La or Rat-u-thit Road should fix you up. If they do say no just go to the next one.

You’ll be looking at about 100-120 baht per tab for Kamagra, and it’s usually sold in blister packs of four. If you normally use the 50mg tabs the pharmacist will cut 100mg tabs in half for you. You can buy the gel form individually. Acpalis costs slightly more. Brand name Viagra and Cialis cost considerably more but you can often buy them singly.

Bring plenty of condoms. They are available of course but choice can sometimes be limited, even in the main tourist areas

I’m not a doctor so all I can do is speculate and guess but I don’t really see how an increased dose could make your dick any harder. Although the chemical mix is different they act in pretty much the same way. So once you got a good stiffy that’s it, it ain’t going to get any stiffer.

If you’re looking to make it last longer why not just pop a cialis every couple of days?

I’d would be concerned that deliberately overdosing or mixing them would amplify the side effects. I don’t suffer much under normal doses but I do notice them. And there may also be other, more serious, risks involved

There’s not much to say about the hotel itself the rooms are rather ordinary. The hotels around here are not designed to be places where folks go to fulfill their fantasies. That’s a very good point. The manufacturer claims up to 36 hours but towards the end the signal must be getting pretty faint.

The same would go for the others. I don’t really expect much out of them beyond about 2.5 hours.
